We wanted a new lightweight scooter over 150cc and with fuel injection for Cissy. Arlington Motorsports always had several brands of new scooters on display in front of their shop, so that was our first stop. Julio listened carefully and offered us his recommendation. The Genuine Buddy 170i, a 168cc fuel injection scooter weighing 243 pounds with a 48 wheelbase, was a perfect choice. Julio, Mitch, Bud and Larry all helped to make this a great experience. Cissy rode back to the shop 2 days later for much needed accessories. They had them in stock and mounted them immediately for her. A day later she got a new helmet and a "true" motorcycle jacket. After riding around the northwest suburbs, the new Buddy 170i easily blends with traffic and feels as stable and secure as our 400cc scooter. Great dealer experience and super service. I've been searching for the perfect GTS Vespa, when I came across Arlington Motorsports, online. There it was...the most beautiful Verde Green Relax GTS 300 I have ever seen. Perfect color, perfect accessories, exactly what I was looking for. I called immediately, and spoke to Mitch. He gave me a quote, I put money down, and the next week drove from Northern Wisconsin to Illinois to pick up my "Dream Scooter"! From start, to finish, my experience was great. Any glitches in the transaction were handled promptly, and fairly. The rest of the staff was great too...Julio, and the mechanics I spoke to, gave me friendly advice, and helped load my Vespa into my truck, for the long journey home. Purchased the 2019 Suzuki RV200 Van Van from out-of-state, but the transaction was seamless. Julio (and Bud!) took very good care of me during my first visit to look at the bike, then again during the week-later delivery. And, great follow-up after the sale by Julio. I have dreamed of owning a Vespa for quite some time. I researched the different models; next was my search for the perfect color! I reached out to 3 different Vespa dealers in the Chicago area. Julio responded quickly and had one of the colors at the top of my list. Off we went that afternoon to purchase my Vespa. Once my husband saw how sweet the Vespas truly are - and once he laid eyes on a black one, he realized that he needed one, too! Bought my G400C here from Julio. I came all the way from Kansas City, bought it and rode home. Had a great experience with the staff who assisted me in dropping off my rental car and found my bike well prepared for the long trip home.

Was shopping around trying to find a Vespa Primavera 150 cc. Right off the bat, I dropped into Arlington Motorsports per my friends recommendation, and was greeted with excellent service, a great variety of colors, and a wonderful consumer experience all around. Mitch and Julio were extremely knowledgeable about the Vespa brand and such great guys who spent a lot of time with me, ensuring I found the scooter I wanted and was comfortable and fully informed on the brand. I shopped around at other Vespa retailers as well, but wanted to make the sale at Arlington, as they had the greatest variety in colors, outstanding customer service, and made my first scooter experience one to remember. I highly recommend Arlington Motorsports for anyone looking to purchase a new scooter or motorcycle, what a great place!

They have all your motorcycle needs, no matter what brand of bike u ride, they cater to all, they also sell all brand of bikes, and if u need to rent a trailer they have open and closed bike trailers, 1, 2 or 4 bike trailer, they have them.. Mitch and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, this is gonna be the 4th year we renting a motorcycle trailer from them, would not go anywhere else

I have a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 that I bring in every year for winter storage and service. I bought the bike new at another dealership in Des Plaines and they closed a few years later. That's when I started bringing my bike to Arlington Motorsports. I could not have found a better place. There service and love of motorcycles is second to none . recently, my husband got me a buddy 125cc scooter. the staff here was amazing and super helpful! they truly care about their customers and it shows! I would recommend everyone to come here I'd they are looking for a scooter or motorcycle!

Excellent customer service. Bought a used motorcycle and had it shipped out of state. Nothing but great assistance throughout the process. Mitch and Julio went above and beyond, making sure the bike was in great working condition and that the shipping company handled the bike properly. They really seemed to care. Can't thank them enough!

Purchased a 1996 HD Softail Custom from Arlington Motorsports. I was not able to see the bike in person only pictures they sent and on their website. These guys were very open and honest regarding the condition of the bike. When I received the bike it was everything they said it was. I would not hesitate to buy another bike from Arlington Motorsports.

I live in the area and just got my Motorcycle license this year. I visited a couple of New Bike dealerships and could not get a hold of spending $6 k for a first Motorcycle . A friend had purchased his used Honda from Arlington and told me to check the Shop out. I am glad I went there and I think I got a very good deal on a Used Yamaha Vstar 650 that had less then 4k on it. The bike had a Windshield, Backrest, Saddlebags all stuff I would have had to buy anyways, Julio (sales) and Mitch (owner) could have not been nicer and they got me financed quickly and I was riding Hours after my visit. I just got my first bike this summer after years of riding scooters. (Go ahead, snicker at my expense...) I called all around my hometown to find a dealer who could provide service to my bike in time for the riding season. What I got from Arlington Motorsports was simply amazing. An e-mail returned by the owner Mitch, a mere hour or two after submitting. I called back just to see if it was for real. Indeed it was. I could tell that these guys were going to go above and beyond before I even showed up. I wasn't given any attitude for not buying from them, or snide holier-than-thou remarks that made me feel any less of an equal in their eyes. I brought my Yamaha in to them, and in just under 3 working days, it was ready. Mitch, the owner: 100% real ,and willing to work for your business. Bud, the mechanic: Knowledgeable, went out of his way to give me tips about both the bike, and my riding habits. I don't know about anyone else out there, but this is what good people and places are all about. I will always go out of my way to not only mention my happiness, but to steer new business to them along the way. I will be back, hopefully for all the right reasons! What a pleasure these guys are! Everyone is soooo friendly and caring. I went to a few other dealers and Arlington Motor Sports was the only place where I felt they listened and cared. We are new riders and purchased 2 new Stella scooters from Mitch at Arlington Motorsports. Mitch, Bud and his crew couldn't have been more accommodating and sincere with their sales and expertise and loading help. They ran me through the basics with scooter operation, and answered all my questions and then some. Great Dealership , was on my way to Sturgis and stopped in to have some Work done on my 91 Harley Ultra , Service department was very helpful, Changed all my fluids and repaired a Oil Leak. Purchased a Genuine Scooter from Mitch on 3/9/2016 and the Guys at Arlington Could not have been nicer. The Scooter was all serviced and ready to go. They Helped me load it on my trailer and even gave me a pair of soft straps to make sure it was tied down correctly . No wonder they have been around for 20 plus Years, Great dealership!!
